If you follow Jason on social media, you know that over the last year he’s given away thousands of dollars in “Kindness Cards” from coast to coast.

What a miracle that our giving movement launched so unexpectedly at a small Methodist church in Stephens City, Virginia. Here’s the day it all started.

Today these cards, or the funds to purchase them, are donated by friends and readers like you who want to make a difference beyond their own backyards. The Kindness Card movement allows you to bless a new friend Jason will meet on his travels.

Jason is the simply the Kindness Connector — the real kindness is yours!

Gift cards have been given to single mothers on the streets, the chronically homeless, those in temporary crisis, hitchhikers who haven’t eaten in days, children in need, and to so many others with diverse stories.

When possible and appropriate, Jason takes pictures of his encounters and posts them on social media and shares the recipient’s story. You can scroll through a small collection of photos in the slider below and read two recent examples.

I’m so glad God gave me three chances to hear Him.

These are the best people and the best days.
